- developing institutional mechanisms to develop services provided to employees and students on incoming mobility programs;
- administrating the process of drafting double degree agreements and implementation of double degree programmes;
- coordinating the initiation, signing and renewal of academic mobility agreements;
- updating and maintaining the website https://acmobility.hse.ru;
- providing administrative support to academic departments organizing individual and group visits of foreign citizens.
